Our Terms & Conditions

Fees

  • At the time of registration, books are factory ordered once the deposit is paid. Factory ordered books can take up to 10 - 14 days to arrive from the date of payment.

  • Once books are issued, they are the sole responsibility of the student and parent/guardian. Learning Labs Publications do not take any responsibility for damaged or lost books. It is up to the student/parent or guardian to request and replace the books at the original price.

  • Once a phase is completed, Learning Labs will order the next set of books as part of your subscription AUTOMATICALLY, unless you advise us otherwise (2 weeks notice). If sufficient notice of cancellation/pausing is not given, the usual charges clarified in your registration will be levied for the next academic phase.

  • Subscription to our courses require a monthly direct debit, payable in full, in advance; they are collected automatically by our Direct Debit partner (Gocardless).

  • An active Direct Debit is required 48 hours prior to your subscription start date.

  • It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to abide by the payment deadlines as shown on the application form and the academic calendar. Learning Labs Publications reserve the right to cancel course entry due to untimely or inadequate payment.


Cancellations
 

  • Students are automatically enrolled for the following month’s content subscription unless their parent/guardian provides a 1 month cancellation notice.

  • Learning Labs do not refund fees that have been paid - any fees paid will have the necessary content/books posted as part of your plan.

  • Deposits related to Learning Labs Academic Course Content are not refundable at the point of cancellation.


Data Protection Statement

The information which you give when completing your application form will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR regulations for the following purposes: to enable the organisation to create an electronic and paper record of your application; to enable the application to be processed; to enable the organisation to compile statistics, or to assist other and funder organisations to do so, provided that no statistical information that would identify you as an individual will be published. The information will be kept securely and will be kept no longer than necessary.
